  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Go to Transactions.
  3. Open a transaction.
  4. Find the Risk Score section with the score and top three factors.

Interpret scores

The risk score ranges from 0 to 1000. Risk score range chart Scores from 900 to 1000 are the riskiest. Over 90% of transactions in that band result in fraud on average.

Risk factors

Weighted factors influence the score. The multiplier next to each factor shows its impact. Risk factor multipliers Common factors include address verification, CVV match, transaction amount, email and card tenure, authorization attempts, and behavioral signals during checkout.
