Documentation index
Point your tool to https://help.boltapp.com/llms.txt to discover the documentation set. Docs for agents covers the Cursor source, the published skill files, and the OpenAPI specs.
When your agent calls Bolt APIs
Reading the documentation does not require merchant credentials. If your agent will make sandbox API calls, create a Bolt merchant account and retrieve credentials from the dashboard.
Keep credentials in environment variables or your tool's secret storage, not in prompts. See API keys for API key, signing secret, and publishable key usage.
Verify endpoints against the OpenAPI spec. Do not invent request shapes or response fields.
Environments
Use sandbox credentials and URLs for development. Environments lists the matching API, CDN, and dashboard URLs for sandbox and production.
