**Passkeys** let shoppers sign into your store using biometric data from a face or fingerprint scan instead of a password or one-time code.

No additional implementation is required. Passkeys become available after you implement one of:

## Shopper experience [#shopper-experience]

Shoppers opt into Passkeys when logging into your storefront. They complete setup in the Bolt Shopper Dashboard, then sign in quickly on subsequent mobile visits.
