Open the [Merchant Dashboard](https://merchant.boltapp.com) and use this map to find common tasks.

## Main areas [#main-areas]

| Area               | What you do here                                                     |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Transactions**   | Search orders, review status, capture, refund, and investigate fraud |
| **Checkout**       | Configure checkout UI, buttons, shipping, and notifications          |
| **Payments**       | Set up Bolt Payments, payouts, and processor settings                |
| **Administration** | API keys, users, business information, and domains                   |
| **Analytics**      | Reports on checkout performance and transaction lists                |

## Transactions workflow [#transactions-workflow]

1. Open **Transactions** from the left navigation.
2. Search by customer email, order number, or Bolt transaction ID.
3. Select a transaction to view customer details, risk information, and available actions.
4. Use filters and time ranges to narrow results.
